*Update*
I still have the choppy streaming problem and youtube videos are still choppy even with the pepperplash disabled some play fine but most play choppy even videos on this website are choppy. I found my laptop on this website and I read in a forum to install drivers but when I check the page it says something about windows hanging the laptop. I'm not sure if that is the problem but if it is could someone please help me.
