Hi,
I just bought Logitech z506 sorround sound speakers. My laptop model is Pavilion dv6-6113tx.
It has the IDT high def audio device with beats audio with 3, 3.5mm ports.
When I select the device it only shows Stereo option and doesn't show the Sorround sound 5.1 option. I am using Windows 8 64bit. I remember when I had windows 7, it would show options for room correction, etc. When I plug the Speaker's audio cable to one of the jacks labelled as "headphones" it only outputs from the left speaker and I cannot hear anything else from other speakers.
Please help me solve this problem, much appreciated.
