My computer doesnt let me hear anything, when i click on the bottom where the little speaker is theres a red cross marking that the sound is off, when i try to right click it to turn the volume up, troubleshooting scan comes on telling me they couldnt identify the problem. i have tried everything and nothing seems to work.
