Hello ghostlypink. I understand you're having some trouble with your sound levels.
Try checking the maximum level set in the sound options. Here are the instructions.
- Go to the Sound section of your Control Panel.
- Double click on your speakers which are listed here.
- Navigate to the Levels tab, ensure it is set to the maximum.
- Navigate to the Enhancements tab.
- Ensure "Loudness Equalization" is checked.
- Save the changes.
- Reboot your computer and verify whether the issue persists.
