thnaks for replying to my problem.. whjat you suggested me did not work, I still have the same problem..

this is what happened.. all happened after i upgraded to windows 8.1

I hear sound in my headphones , but only from youtube music or videos, but when I  make a phone call using skype

voice doen't come out from the headset ,but from the pc speakers, eventhough the headset is plugged..

I am using a USB logitech headphones.

any other recommendation?
