Thank you for that information.
I would like you to uninstall the sound driver and restart the computer to reinstall it .
- Access your device manager, if you’re not sure how to have a look at this link for help.
- Once you are in the device manager expand the section listed “Sound, video, and game controllers”.
- Right click on the IDE high definition audio then left click on uninstall.
- If you get a warning box that appears, hit ok.
- Once that is done restart the computer and when then the computer comes up wait about 2 minutes to let the drier to be reinstalled.
After 2 minutes test out your sound with internal speakers and headphones
