It's over a year, I have bought a HP-pavilllion dv6 7012 tx.From that time I am facing troubles regarding beats audio. The notebook was veery good indeed the speakers@2/3 days after purchasing ,I was getting cracking sounds .I just ran to my dealer ,he advised that the mp3s/mp4s file formats are disturbing the sound in other way I can say that he was not at all willing to accept the fact that beatsaudio was problematic. But as most of the time I used a headphone ,I just ignored the problem. Few months earlier my keyboard just showed some problems.I attended HP service centre.I told them the problem and also made them aware of the fact about the speakers.I got a new windows 8keyboard under warranty scheme and they advised me to uninstall VLC.OK! Fine.I was not at all familliar that beats audio is not only troubling me but also to many hp consumers(searched the net,and read many posts and review and then I aim for writing a post) ,but after 20/25 days I recognised that the speakers on left side are not working and made me clear that they do have some serious problems, oneday I just opened a mp3 and the left sided speakers just cracked and they are unresponsive still today .I don't know if this is for the keyboard change or something else. Win 7 HB 64 bit (trial) was provided from the service centre. But the next time when tried to reinstall a win 7 OS,it just pops upn error message something hardware changes doesn't meet the OS...like that, I thought this might be the new win 8 keyboard,as my Pc was provided with a win7 os and keybord.I don't know how to fix this ,some suggestions might be helpful but I am not at all satisfied with Hp,being one of the premier makers of PC ,they must build somthing that suits the needs and durability as we are paying a fair good amount.
