Thank you.  This happens again but not as often.  After, I changed the setting in BIOS to activate the FN button  on June 6, the problem did not occur again until last Tuesday 6/11.  I noticed that the mute (F11 button) is on and off again, but not as often as before.  Previously, it was every 30 minutes.  Please help.
